The staff were so helpful in giving any directions and for suggestions of places to eat. Breakfast was beautiful as well as delicious, and really good coffee. Fresh squeezed orange juice and smoked trout were also part of it, homemade yogurt and fresh pastries too. Facility was secure from the street.

The staff was helpful and made dinner reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant nearby. The location was very good.

It was cute property as a whole. Nice clean, and friendly staff. A quiet neighborhood which I liked but close to a metro station so easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

Wow - what an amazing hotel! Staff were so friendly and ever arranged for flowers and macarons for the room when I asked which I was so grateful for.
The beds were so comfortable, rooms really stylish and clean and the location is perfect to explore Bordeaux.

Staff went above and beyond, location was perfect, we didn't need to rent a car. We walked to dinner every night (15 minutes or less).
