Beds were comfy and bedroom/bathroom were clean. Close to shops, market and river. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The lift was very slow and small but much needed if you were on the 5th floor

The location was brilliant a fantastic area of the city. Great restaurants near by. Easy walk into the shopping areas and the restaurants down in the city. Great balcony and view. Decent sized room.

The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. I stayed here with my wife, and the rooms were spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff were also very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Bordeaux.

The hotel is si well situated, in the lively town center with loads to see and do. I was going to a concert andl'auditorium is only around the corner.
Bathroom was clean and the bed and pillows very good
As it is in an old town center, you have to take that into account. So an old building with things that go with old buildings

great location in the old town, room in good condition with a little balcony
in a city where pastries and bread are everywhere, the breakfast price was on the high side - we opted against including it and had breakfast elsewhere

The staff. Polite, efficient, pleasant. It made our stay nicer.
The room was quite small and basic for a 4 star hotel so it was a bit of a disappointment given the price. The single bed was small too.
