The location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
How this could be rated as a four star is beyond me. First off the room stunk of cigarettes. The sheets had stains on them and my pillowcase had a rip in it. The bathroom was dingy and not clean. Maid service did not change sheets or towels even though some were left on the floor. The paint job was not good. The room looked very worn. Windows were dirty. The bathroom had a terrible smell. We were beyond disappointed.

The hotel met all our needs, the staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the centre, good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Loved the style of this place. Anne on reception gave us a lovely welcome. Iced tea, coffee and sorbet available (no charge) in reception. Chocolate in room. Great location.
