The building is architecturally very special and we loved that. Our bedroom was labelled 'superior' and the bed was very large and comfortable. The shower room was clean and there were numerous Clinique products to enjoy using, for showers and general sprucing up. Samy, in reception, was so helpful in selecting the right bedroom for my stair access needs.
I would have liked a demonstration of how to use the capsule coffee machine, or some instructions. We could not get it to provide more than hot water.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It has a good location, close to the major sightseeing. The rooms are quiet, even with windows to the street. The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks a lot for the perfect service!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a generous sized bathroom with all the lovely Clarins products. We had a tall window looking out on to a wooden walkway and inner courtyard type area - really really nice.
I really can't complain about the Churchill Hotel Bordeaux - maybe supply a wine bottle opener in the rooms. My friends and I gathered in one of our rooms every night for a glass of wine before bed. We were badly stuck on the last night as it was after 11pm and reception was closed. We found a way though!

Good location, large comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. Although in the heart of the city it was very quiet at night.
I booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get one. However the manager was extremely apologetic.
