Parking facilities are not great for a larger car and valet service was not offered
Checkin process meant we had to park in a bus stop and queue for some time to checkin and then access the carpark. Very stressful.
Hotel restaurant fully booked and then closed 2 nights. I would expect hotel guests to have a restaurant service available in a 5* hotel. Bar food was good, but only snacks.

One of the staff memebers was really nice but the rest were disappointing
The service! It was sloppy and not consistent. They would clean room but not refill coffee pods or water.

The restaurant was excellent. Good location off the beaten path but walkable to most sights. Tram close by as well.
The solarium, prominent in the website photos, was closed. The breakfast was just OK. Not comfortable seating for breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Room was large. Great AC. Particularly when we faced over 100 degrees!
The location was not exactly close to old part. Took 15 minute walk to beginning of old town.
Hard in 100 degree heat.
