Wonderful
The staff was really nice and helpfull. A special word to Geraldine, who embodied what great service is all about. Thank you! The hotel also has a few living rooms where you can comfortably watch a movie, which was really nice.

Very comfortable and modern hotel. Location is great, just a few minutes from the city centre.
Breakfast selection was quite limited, and every morning several food items were already gone, even when we arrived as early as 9 a.m.

Wonderful
The interior and design of the whole hotel is hip and chic!! Although the rooms are on the small side (considering I have chosen the duplex suite). Vincent and Mathilde were standouts and very hospitable!
The hotel didnt feel like a 5 star hotel to me in terms of service. The staff size seemed insufficient for the hotel.

Air conditioning did not work - fairly basic requirement if staying in a 5 star hotel (we were given a branded bag by way of compensation...)Breakfast is not worth the price (I think 29 EUR). Save your money and walk to one of the many nearby cafes

Location excellent .walk out to all restaurants nothing too far away. Parking also available. Super market next door.
We arrived on Sunday and the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. Bar facilities are available. Alot of places are closed on these days

The property is nice but does not advertise that you have to pay for parking which is expensive!! With a Spainish address we would be driving!! We also arrived and asked for a reservation in The restaurant to be told fully booked!! Maybe this should be offered as proactively as the expensive parking. Breakfast disappointing with eggs etc not hot. Stayed world wide and this was very disappointing!!
