We were in contact with the staff before our arrival, giving us all the info we needed for our late check-in. Very kind and professional.
The apartment was amazing, clean, and comfortable, including sheets and towels and even the capsules for the coffee in the morning.
The location is perfect, very calm neighborhood and close from the city center.
Our stay was perfect. We will for sure go back for our next stay in Bordeaux.

All new and fresh inside apartment; nice terrace as we opted for highest floor We were let in earlier before check-in time
Location was a bit of a trek, about 20 - 25 mins from the centre

The apartment was clean and well equiped and staff was very kind! I would definitely stay here again, as it was also close to the centre and museums. I highly recommand it!

I liked the free coffee and tea, the little kitchen and the toiletries in the bathroom as well as the fluffy towels. Overall nicely laid out. unfortunately it lacks a tiny effort to make it a LOT better. 8 plates and only 1 cup...1 Half only of the curtain... so no privacy. Outside code works well but in door lock on handle code seems to be in braille. You need to know that it goes fm left to right 1 2 3 4 and upper one is to lock. Door did not really lock well and would be easy to break in since no security or key to lock. or chain. you have busses at the end of the street. And a restaurant that looks good but only serves between 1230 and 1330 for lunch
it s far away from the center and although it s probably safe enough it gives a gloomy feeling. That seems to be the case all over in Bordeaux as soon as you leave the immediate Center , not a lot of life or shops,cars or people around.

Located in a rather tatty neighbourhood away from the centre.No restaurants open locally on the Monday night we were there.

The apartment was newly renovated, had keyless entry, an elevator, washing machine & A/C. There was a large living room area, well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, coffee & tea. Both bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious & our bed was very comfortable. Anna greeted us when we arrived & showed us how everything worked. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood & is a comfortable walk to the waterfront. We loved this stay & would happily stay again.

Apartment clean and spacious. Plenty of everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Very close to a supermarket. Baggage storage for final day was also available at a 5 star hotel in the middle of town, which was perfect for us.
The perfect hub to explore Bordeaux from.
I will probably compare other apartments to this one from now on, and they won't be as good
