Very Good
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully met all our needs. The convenient location and free parking were key factors in our decision to book this flat. Everything else meet our expectations as well — from the flexible and easy check-in process to the incredibly helpful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. The location was good, next to the train station.
The owner didn't reply right away, the check-in took 2 hours longer than they initially stated (they offered a late checkout but we didn't need it due to our plans). The towels hanging up in the bathroom were still wet, the shower didn't drain fast and spilled over, also the nozzle never stayed up, so you had to arch it back and it sprayed all over the bathroom (they need to fix it). The beds were very uncomfortable and even though the apartment had AC it didn't reach the bedrooms so it was very hot and uncomfortable. The apartment wasn't very clean, drawers we're broken in the kitchen, everything was outdated, none of the large clocks in the kitchen or living room worked. The worst part was that the wifi never worked once, the owner gave us a 4G key on the 3rd day but that stopped working after a day and he stopped communicating with me after I let him know. For the price, this place sucked and they should be offering less than half what we booked. I feel they should have given us something back for the wifi issue. This place was terrible.

The best thing about the apartment is the big terrace overlooking the city and the river. The view on the tran station from the bedroom is pretty impressive too.
Apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. Location is convenient is you are travelling by train.
Photos on booking give you much better impression than it is in fact. Everything is quite old and needs renovation. The most disappointing thing was the bed clothes - you definitely do not want to sleep on pillow cases and flat sheets of such condition.

The apartment was superficially clean but let down by mould above bedroom window, dirty shutters, vents and bathroom door, stained furniture and wall. The bedroom doors were plastic concertina style and didn’t close properly. No plugs in basin, no dustpan. Kitchen cupboard door was off its hinges. Beds were really uncomfortable. Communication was dreadful, didn’t respond to request for second key, tried to take unauthorised deposit directly from our account with no communication. Luckily bank blocked it. On arrival key wasn’t in bar though owner then came and found us. Wifi and TVs were good. Kitchen well equipped.

Located right near train station, plenty of options for travel anywhere in the city.
The house was fully equipped included towels and hairdryer/ flat iron which we appreciated very much.
It would have been great to meet the host in person to thank them for our stay.

Disappointing
When we arrived around 5:30 pm the apartment was not ready. The owner was there, and we were each handed ONE towel. As we asked for hand towels and washcloths, we were informed there weren’t any. This was the beginning of many items advertised, but not available. Iron, drying rack, Kitchen towels, toiletries, closet for our clothes, hangers, robe, slippers, tissues, etc., etc. We requested them and the next day the owner left a bag at our door with a few towels, one container of hand soap, robes, slippers, a drying rack, an iron, and 5 hangers.
Although the sinks had been cleaned, the rest of the apartment was quite dirty. The floors were disgusting. There was mold on the back of the bathroom door. The shower head kept falling off and the drain was too slow to get through a quick shower without overflow, so we took half showers. We did wash up the floor in the bathroom for our own use. Considering there is a cleaning fee we expected a clean facility.
We received a welcoming text telling us how to sign in and that we would have a parking badge; a homemade guide, and “everything we needed to feel right at home- towels, sheets, blankets, tea, coffee”. Unfortunately, no parking badge, no guide, no tea, no coffee….and some of the typical utensils broken. Also, instructions to take the garbage out and replace with new bags and clean the dishes.
We were threatened with a fee of $50 if the badge was lost (yes, the one we never got), and charges for any broken or missing objects.
Clearly, the apartment lacked maintenance with wallpaper peeling off, areas and outdoor furniture needing paint, and other items needing replacing.
We never used the Wi-fi or television.
The location is right across from the train station – convenient if you use the train. It is located on the 13th floor, so visibility of the city is nice. The neighborhood is a little dicey.
Overall, it was a disappointing stay. We requested compensation and were ignored.

Very well located, just in front of the train station, lots of restaurants around and apartment was very nice with an amazing view.
It was a little bit hard to get the keys, staffs in the restaurant wasn’t very friendly but at the end everything was fine.

Surrounding areas are not so crowded, nice for stay and rest.

An epic location. 2 min walk from the train station. It was a stunning apartment that had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Close to restaurants and cafes. An epic bakery about 10 minute walk away with the best cinnamon scroll! The bedroom has a wonderful view of the train station, while the balcony has a view of Bordeaux. Comfy bed. Cannot recommend enough.

Honestly: nothing. Maybe the balcony, if it weren’t full of cigarette butts.
Mildew in the shower, boogers on the walls, no proper doors on the bedrooms, none of the TVs worked… we left after one night, it was so filthy and uncomfortable. The host ghosted us when we wrote him, but then when we asked for a partial refund, he tried to have us listed as a no-show with Booking. Honestly, Booking should not have a place like this on their site.

Both coffee makers didn’t work.
The shade for the ONLY patio would not go up. We could not go out on patio.
It’s pretty dated. Doesn’t seem like money is being put back into property.
