Location is perfect, staff are really nice
It genuinely just seemed like it needed a big clean and a bit of touch ups. There was a very odd smell, the walls and doors in the room were stained and a bit dirty snd there was mold around the AC unit hardware.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The bed was soo comfortable best sleep we have had in a while. Central location and air conditioning was perfect in the heat.
Only thing missing was a fridge really needed for my medication and as weather was soo hot it would have helped with water and juice.

Shower was so small & awkward you had to turn sideways to get in & out. Rooms were very small, breakfast was ordinary

Rooms are not clean. There was a thick layer of dust underneath a bed. And it never disappeared during a 3-day stay.

AC that worked! Clean, elegant and very friendly. Location -close to everything.
We read reviews the rooms were small. Not really compared to the price, style, location. Size of rooms was not an issue at all!

A lovely little hotel in a prime location! Our room was small, but completely spotless and had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely and made us feel both welcome and happy to be there. Great value for money, we will be back!

My stay from the beginning was great! The front desk staff were kind and allowed me to bring my suitcase early, and also hold a refrigerated medication for me. My room was clean, comfortable, and the ac was fabulous being it was a hot & humid day. Breakfast was also good. I recommend staying here! My next trip to Bordeaux I will stay here!

The staff and the breakfast are the best.
The room is too small for two people with big luggages. The elevator is too small too, hard to fit in baby stroller.
