Parking was secure, albeit with a charge and check in was very smooth with the staff being friendly
No wifi and was not told in advance which is ridiculous and photo of the bathroom on website does not show the toilet space being very tight

The staff was very helpful. They guided us on what was within walking distance (lots). We had a mis-communication that cause a duplicate charge. Once aware, they fixed it immediately. The location was perfect for us, close to the river.

The Pizza place next door is awesome, as is the little cafe. Having places literally next door was great. Molly's Pub just a couple blocks away is great and a few blocks the other way is the cool antique shops and restaurants the area is known for. There is a tram stop only a couple blocks away as well and that takes you easily to the prime tourist areas. It was nice to have a mini kitchenette. Room and bathroom were an ok size and staff was lovely. Grocery and pharmacy only a couple blocks away was very convenient.
They claim the location is in the "heart" of Chartrons and it is not. That really cool area you are hoping for is hidden a 15 min walk away, you will be staying in a residential, grimy area. The beds are AWFUL! Hard as rocks, actually painful to sleep on. The dishes and silverware were filthy despite being in the clean rack and put away. My fridge was great, but my parent's room had a broken freezer component. The overall atmosphere is very dormitory and super worn at that. Lots of people staying with their dogs so there is dog poop around on sidewalks. AC works great, but smells moldy.

Disappointing
Location was in a nice neighbourhood (lots of food and shops nearby, close to transit, walkable) and staff were friendly. Check in and out were very easy.
The pullout couch, beds, and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and it was unclear if the sheets/bedding had been washed as there were a lot of mysterious stains. The pullout couch also squeaked extremely loudly if you moved at all. I also asked for an extra bath towel and was told they didn’t have any left until the next day.

The receptionists are very nice and "zen" like.
The studio was very clean, quite large.
The quiet environment was appreciated.
The fact they don't have a laundry room on premises, it would be a nice plus.

Amazing location and facilities! Supermarket 10min or 15min away city center walkable distance along river or catch the tram if not in the mood for walking. Staff super kind and helpful. Room very good. (Bed a bit too hard but thats my taste.. it was comfy anyway)

-5-10min away from buses and tramway
-the fridge and the microwave are functional
