location - it's not far for the center but not really great location. The hotel stands out compare to whats around - so hopefully the area will et a bit more develop in the future.

This hotel is located in a more business district (Mariadec), but it is very easy to get to all areas of the city using the tram about 2 blocks away. The hotel lobby is spacious with attractive art and many different comfortable seating areas. (Marty is a mash-up of Mariadec and Arty for the theme of the hotel). They serve a fabulous breakfast in the lobby, and we felt it was worth the breakfast upcharge. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and comfortable speaking English. The roomt was very clean and quiet, even though we looked out to the street at the front of the hotel. We felt the rate was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The room was pretty small. It was hard to find places to lay out our suitcases around the perimeter of the bed.

Great location, only a few mintues walk to the centre of town. Very clean and tidy room. Decent breakfast in the morning. Staff were all fantastic.

The hotel was clean and very inviting. It had a great atmosphere, fantastic breakfast buffet, and the staff was very friendly.
Our only issue was the location as it was 10 to 15 minute walk to get down into the city center. Although it was a pretty easy walk, the hotel location felt isolated.

The hotel is bright, clean, and modern with a welcoming, helpful staff. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and well looked after. The room was quiet and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Old town houses is an easy 8 minute walk. It was hassle free to travel to different parts of town. A convenience store is just down the street and there are several restaurants within a few blocks if one didn’t want to go into the old town. There are plenty of common areas for friends, groups, and couples to hang out in.
Although the breakfast was plentiful, I wish there was an option of fresh berries and yoghurt and flakier croissants — maybe I was just spoiled in Paris.
