It is a beautiful hotel and the stuff was absolutely lovely
It was a bit far from this site that we wanted to see and from the train and buses, but we got a lot of exercise walking to the destinations

Wonderful
Staff were very friendly and informative. All spoke very good English, which was great for my wife.
It is a very short walk to the heart of the city.

Very well laid out attractive and comfortable decor. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds.
Unfortunately the bar was closed when we stayed which was disappointing. Rooms were on the small side perfectly adequate and well furnished but small for two ppl.

It was located on the way to the airport which suited our plans but still in walking distance to the city centre & sightseeing.
The rooms are quite small & the bar looked beautiful but unfortunately was not open on the day we arrived which is quite unusual for a hotel?

Not enough room for clothes in closet an no drawers (we were here for 4 nights).
You definitely need Google maps to navigate the one way system to drive to or from the hotel. We

Hotel is well laid out and a nice space with nice decor. In a good location. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
The air conditioning was broken through our trip although we were supplied a fan. A bag of my toiletries went missing from my room, while the staff took the time to look for my items it did dampen the end of my experience.

Brilliant location, hotel looked actually better than on the photos, the staff (all of them) were just brilliant and really cared for you to ensure you had a wonderful time at their hotel and in Bordeaux
No ice in the fridge but then the barman gave us a bucket, so no issues there.

Really liked the decor of the room. The bed was comfortable and the AC was perfect for all day and night. You can also use the secure car park for the duration of your stay.
The room was a bit small for us where we had a large suitcase. We also didn’t have the best view from the window.
