Mostly all
No internet access until you had your own access. Recommend write down the network and mot de pass inside the unit. Not enough kitchen gear to cook with. Very dull knives. Otherwise a nice place close to the tram and Carrefour

Good communication, place is decent, bed is comfortable.
For some reason there is a glass window between the kitchen and the bathroom (not joking) - unbelievable design element, I can't imagine why. Probably to dissuade unrelated couples from sharing the apartment?? Also laundry room downstairs seems to be used for other apartments, there's people coming in and out all the time, which can be a bit unsettling, as the nearby area is full of drug dealers and safety is a concern.

It was clean and had all the essentials. The location was incredible, right next to Porte de Bourgogne and a square with restaurants.
To use the sofa-bed, we had to move a lot of things around. One thing we didn’t like at all was the big window from the kitchenette/living room to the bathroom… very little privacy.

The host was very good at communicating with us, the apartment was comfortable and we really appreciated the communal washing machine downstairs. The trams are a 5 min walk away heading to St Jean Station or into Quinconces. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants in the St Pierre area our favourite squares were Porte Caihau, Sq Vinet, Plaza de Parliament and around St Pierre. All of these were 10 -15 mins walk away from our B & B.
The information app our host provided was very useful.
We were there the last week of August for 6 nights but the bed was low to the ground so not good for tall or older people. The area wasn't very good, anywhere South of Victor Hugo does not feel safe at night. There was no air conditioning so we needed the windows open at night which was very noisy. There was a restaurant/bar kitchen opposite which you could hear morning and night and people fighting or yelling in the street as they left the bars at 2am every night mid week. There were also a lot of homeless people sleeping in the streets.

Fantastic location, just minutes away from the tram which takes you directly to/from the airport. Really beautiful part of town with great bakerys/cafes/bars really close by. Definitely recommend staying here, if I ever return to Bordeaux I will try to stay here again!
Didn't bother us but there is a window between the bathroom/shower and kitchen which tall people can see through quite easily... Could do with a blind/curtain to stop you accidentally seeing in!

The apartment is spacious and have everything needed, it’s clean and comfortable and close to tram stops
The area around are a bit sketchy due to heavy traffic and people. But it’s close to center and tram stops.
The couch in the apartment is broken but still functioning.

Super sized & well equipped apartment in a fabulous location ? The host was very friendly and helpful and was there when i arrived to show me around the apartment.
Good WiFi I could see the Tour de France go past from the window!!
External door was a little tricky to lock & unlock, but fine once you got the technique.
No electric kettle is provided, so I had to heat water for tea in the microwave - take care!!! The default setting was on max when I used it, and I burnt my hand on the handle of the China mug!

The flat is well located and the host is very friendly, he provided us very good advices regarding the city. The flat is well furnished and is quiet.
Negative points for us were the bed (not really comfortable) and the humidity.
