The apartment itself was excellent once you entered the unassuming entryway and navigated the steps and more steps. We were in open sky on the top floor - Modern and spacious and quiet and extremely clean. The block that the apartment is on is pedestrian and blocked off (a government property across the street?) so you need to park first (underground lot, Republic?) then bump your luggage 2blocks. It is in a decent location a block or 2 from the cathedral with many trams. There are good directions to access the property and owners promptly answer any questions. The washer/dryer is push number1 and 4 hours later your laundry is washed and dried but bring your own laundry detergent. Air conditioning is superb.

Lots of space in the rooms, pretty quiet, very close to Hotel de Ville Tram station, nice to be able to clean our clothes in the room. We enjoyed using the kitchen and being able to spread out a bit. Very clear instructions on how to find the place and enter it. Thanks!
A little difficult to get out of the shower door around the toilet for non-nimble people. Instructions for the all in one washer/dryer would have been helpful.

Amazing apartment, close to everything. I would stay here every time I visit.
Noise from hallway is a bit loud... but also comical listening to folks bring up their big rolly bags 3 flights of stares.

Clear instructures on how to check in. The location could not had e been better. It was close to everything, churches, city center, public transportation and restaurants.
The room was clean and well equipped with everything one might use during a stay in Bordeaux.

Location was amazing, super close to the city center.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Air-conditioning unit was noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The pictures of the apartment are a bit exaggerated compared to how basic the place is.

Location right in Bordeaux center. Nice airy appartment with well equipped kitchen.
It is in third floor of building with 3 flights of 20 steps each to get to it. One of us has trouble walking.
There is a lot of mold in the showers. The drain in one of the bathroom is broken

The location was excellent. Apt had A/C which was great. Could stroll around the river front easily and near a tram to the airport. We walked down to the river and had some drinks and food then cooled our feet off in the Miroir d'eau (mirror pool) and did the obligatory walk across the Stone bridge at sunset (Porte de pierre).

Easy check-in with lockbox. The AC worked, if a little slow. Room was spacious and comfortable overall.
The wifi was incredibly slow and spotty, three networks were provided but one never worked throughout the stay and the other two constantly disconnected.

The stairs to get to the room were scary. It was tough to carry luggage up and down. We understand the building is old but it was tough for us because two of us have knee issues.

Stairs! I didn’t realize there was no elevator. Quite an effort to haul up 8 pieces of luggage. No instructions on how to use the washer/dryer.

To say to use Pey Berland parking. I could never access it since it is inside the zone where you need to open ‘gates’ set in the streets.

Good location. Quality-price ratio.
The unnecessary presence of cushions and other decorative elements on top of the bed, which is always the first thing to be removed.and whose cleanliness is questionable.
The height at which the microwave is placed makes it difficult to clean conveniently, which was the case.

The location was perfect as it is close to major tram public transport spots. The key pickup process was easy.
The room was pretty small so you do not get much personal space, which is fine, just something to consider. The wifi was also spotty at some times, though it got the job done.
