Stephan the host takes a personal interest in your well-being. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent including eggs cooked by Stephan. He set up an ironing board to iron our laundry we had done closely. Parking was a few units down the street within a secure garage.
Limited dining options if you don't want to walk 25 minutes to downtown or take the tram.

Facility was beautiful. Amazing attention to detail. Room was modern, comfy, bed comfy, A/C worked well, excellent step in shower. Backyard gorgeous with beautiful landscaping, nice pool, and areas with multiple umbrellas. Breakfast room faced backyard. Breakfast was plentiful with bread, cheese, eggs, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea. The host was extremely accommodating. Location near tram. As we were seniors we took tram or Uber from location. Younger folks could easily walk to town. Highly recommend Cosy B&B.

Good size room, comfortable bed, location is walkable to historic center and at the same time on a quiet street, availability of the garage is a huge plus.
If breakfast would be in the form of buffet using the same products, it would better.

Very good breakfast. Easy acces to the city by tram. Quite street thus not noisy at all. Good toilet and bathroom facilities.

Parking facility is very valuable. because in that area finding a free parking is not easy.
in bordeaux house are mostly 2 floor. our room was one of the 6-room house, so if you want to stay in the room for long time, it can be dark , because it is on the sidewalk side.
if you need a refrigarator you can ask to owner , the kitchen is shared.
the owner is so kind , the room was so clean(daily) and the bed for 2 was comfortable. the breakfast is very good, breakfast place is on the winter garden so it is very nice.
location is so close to the center. bus station is 5 minutes far , by walking 15 minutes to the center and the restaurants.
The room's window faced the sidewalk.,sometimes can not feel safe.

Really great location and having secure parking a real bonus. The host was very helpful and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner that night.
Although the bed was excellent we both found the pillows uncomfortable…this was the only (minor) negative about the place.

First of all, I must mention the host, who is really an exceptional lady. She was so attentive, helped us with understanding the city - do and don'ts right upon arrival. She gave us recommendations of good local restaurants and shared many other tips. She prepared breakfast and was truly super nice just as a person, which impacts everything during such short-term stays. My husband and I felt very welcome and definitely recommend staying at "Bordeaux Cosy B&B." It's a very clean space, and you will have your own privacy.

Walking distance to the main areas, quiet location for sleeping, lovely rooms that are very cosy, extremely accomodating hosts. Would stay there again and recommend highly to others.
