Staying in the city center of Bordeaux (quite near the Opera house) without any noise ! That’s great. The temperature was high and the air conditioning system worked perfectly.
Next time, I’ll choose this hotel.

There are two hotels really close to each other but different buildings (under the same Best Weston brand ) and it got confusing in the beginning….especially for Taxi pick up.

Very well located. In the heart of the historic center. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant, amenities and transport. The staff that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful - provided lots of information about transport, restaurants and tour recommendations. The room looks quite new and was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Ample closet space and hangers. Only wished that the bath and shower stall were separate. Loved the towel/wall heater. Will stay again.
Separate bath tub and shower stall. Provide a sofa perhaps.

Excellent location, very central but very quiet. Our room was a larger one with a sitting room so we had plenty of space. It was very comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Chloe. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
An electric kettle would be great, rather than making tea in a coffee-maker.

Staff were friendly, especially Ms Emily. She was cheerful, was delightful to chat with and she provided suggestions on various places to visit. Excellent centralised location with a taxi drop off point with just 1min walk away. Room was spacious, and they have the most comfortable beds and pillows compared to other hotels during our holiday.
Perhaps Hotel can provide a small kettle to make tea or other hot drinks.
