Great location. Large bedroom, slightly small bathroom but with a very good shower. Very nice bar on the ground floor.
Fridge in the room doesn't work. Taking into account the weather in Bordeaux and during our stay, the duvet needs to be a summer one with a low tog rating.

Location is great, rooms are remodeled and bathrooms pretty big
They sent a last minute WhatsApp message about parking, but didn’t clearly state that the ticket and my car license plate number needed to be registered with them at check-in or I can’t receive a discounted price. Therefore I paid the full parking lot price ($111 for three days) instead of $60. They also didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the lack of communication on this point at check out. This was disappointing compared to all the other hotels booked on Booking.com during our trip to France that have sent multiple messages, even calling to make sure we knew where to park and the policies— and none of them even require us to register the car at check-in (they have their own tickets we use when we leave). This policy was new to us and next time they should ask at check-in if we parked our own car at the lot.

The staff were all very friendly and professional.
The bathroom arrangement was a little difficult. There was a frosted glass panel separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. At night when using it, the light could wake someone sleeping.

In the middle of downtown area. Staff at the desk was amazing and very helpful. Clean and comfortable.
Small rooms and getting into the hotel area with the car a little difficult but desk staff were helpful in resolving the issue.

Great location but quiet street, very friendly and helpful staff
Not the fault of of the hotel, however be aware you can’t drive into the street the hotel is in to drop luggage off, you’ll need to walk from the car park the hotel has an arrangement with, about 5-7 minutes away . Make sure you pre arrange the discounted rate with the hotel before you use the car park.
