Great location but quiet street, very friendly and helpful staff
Not the fault of of the hotel, however be aware you can’t drive into the street the hotel is in to drop luggage off, you’ll need to walk from the car park the hotel has an arrangement with, about 5-7 minutes away . Make sure you pre arrange the discounted rate with the hotel before you use the car park.

Excellent location with attractive and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and a fun bar on the ground floor. Slightly wacky situation with room key—you have to surrender it to management when you go out. (Not sure why.) Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

We booked a standard room, but when we were shown it, it was very small with a fire escape and stairs outside an interior area. We didn’t like the room at all. We asked if other options available. Friendly staff showed us another room, slightly better but we opted to pay to upgrade to a room with a balcony. First 2 nights were lovely. Then the AC wouldn’t work. Two nights with no AC and a noisy neighbourhood . Again staff were understanding of our grievances and we agreed a reduction in cost. It’s an old building. Great location and a lovely bar in the evening

Location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, really nice hotel bar,, only had coffee in the breakfast room, but the offerings looked good.
We liked everything!( Travel isn’t inexpensive and we understand that, just wish the pricing was the way it was a few years ago.
