It was a very nice place to stay in Bordeaux, the apartment has all necessary facilities for it. Good location is close to the main sightings and restaurants. Very nice host left only pleasant impressions. Recommend.

It was small scale but well equiped and comfortable for a solo traveller.
Cyril was very helpful in the lead up to my stay.
Theres a tram that can take you a short distance to the city and a bus outside the door that goes to the HBF
Not a negative but rather a personal observation. As a woman travelling alone it was a strange feeling to not be aware that there were other people living in the building. However the security was good.

The property was very clean and there were all the things necessary for cooking/making drinks. There was a good provision of teas, coffee, preserves and even bottle of wine. Bathroom very clean - very good shower. Building felt very safe and clean/maintained.
When the window is open you can hear some kind of generator thing. No washing machine - but space is paramount so not easy to fit one in. Could have a wardrobe - but again, this is a compact accommodation.

Cyril was very welcoming and shared lots of tips and ideas for our stay in Bordeaux! The apartment is in a great location. It is well equipped, very clean and the decor makes for a lovely stay.Iis great value for money and having a parking space is another great asset. The bed is a sofa bed which is noted clearly prior to booking. Not the most comfortable sleep Ive had but definitely not the worst! Great value!

Nothing and you couldn't have paid me to stay here.
Despite being in contact with the owner all day and giving him our arrival time he didn't turn up to let us in. The apartment building is currently a building site, we couldn't find the front door it was behind netting and scaffolding. I refused to stay there and requested a refund. Avoid.

Cyril was so friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. The bottle of wine was much appreciated and although it is a sofa bed it was very comfortable.

The Location is great,you can walk easily to all Attractions in City,Clean and Comfortable ,free Parking was possible .the owner made good Advices and Tips for Visiting the City
The only absent thing was plastic Bag for Wast Bucket.at first day we had no Internet but at Second day it was repaired in morning and worked. Owner is kind and he apologies for no Internet in first night many times.

The host Cyril was an excellent host, giving us lots o tips what to see and where to go and there were some extras in the apartment waiting for us (bottle of wine, water, jams, cereals, oranges). The location was good, very close to the tram station and basically in the walking distance to the city centre (20-25 minutes walk).
The bed (sofa) was not very comfortable (mentioned in many other reviews), there was TV not working and there is a moisture problem in the apartment. Also, the cleaning of the apartment could be a bit better.

Very chic, modern and tasteful. The bathroom and, especially the shower was a delight.
Cyril was very accommodating, as we arrived very late.
We had a bottle of wine, water and mineral water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice touch. Four types of jams, oranges and lemons, as well as many types of coffee were there. The coffee machine was filled with water and the light was on when we got there.
I consider Cyril very thoughtful with all the touches and small nice gestures to make our stay delightful.
It was a lot of construction going on around the property at this time, which is not really his fault.

Great location, tram stop across the road. also at the start of pedestrian main Street. The host was excellent, engaged and helped out with advice, directions and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was also stocked with essentials, eg. Oil, salt pepper etc.. The fold out bed was clearly good quality and a good sleep
