Location excellent for all central points of interest. Quiet road close to big shopping areas.
Only had two mugs for hot drinks and we were only left one dishwasher tablet ( we were there 4 nights) so we had to wash up by hand all the time.

The location is great. Walking distance to the heart of the city. In fact the Sainte Catherine pedestrian shopping street is nearby and can be walked in two directions. If tired, the tram stop is not far away. Carrefour supermarket a short walk.
I especially liked that each side of the bed had a small night stand and reading lamp. These are so appreciated when one of us is awake at 3 o'clock with jet lag time difference!
We specifically book apartments because we cook some main meals in order to enjoy pricier restaurants once in a while. This is not a problem specific to this apartment but generally I do not want to cook with non-stick pans that are burned and scratched. I was able to cook foods in the other nice steel pots. Additionally, the cooktop and oven worked beautifully.

Just right for our 5 night stay. Great location, easy walk to trams and busses and a supermarket. Perfect host who made an effort and met us out of the normal hours (we arrived on a very early flight.) We cooked in one night and the appartment was well equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer.
might be useful to explain how easy it is to get to the supermarket - it took us two days to find the shortcut.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in July 2024 for a week. The owner of the apartment met us, gave us the keys and introduced us to the apartment. The owner was very friendly. The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Also next to the apartment there is a free parking space (this is a very good thing). The apartment is not far from the supermarket, attractions. I liked everything. I recommend it.

The apartment is rather good. Parking place is very useful. No AC, but it was ok in June warm weather. Unfortunately we hade problems with late check in. I did not notice that check in is possible only till 19.00, but our pane delayed for two hours. We hade to stay one night at another place. Next morning the host met us and the key. I will recommend the apartments for visit Bordeaux.

Location was really excellent, really walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk.
The apartment was a good size for two people with a small dining table and a seating area. The place was clean with good wifi. The kitchen had all the equipment (e.g. full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee machine) with limited cooking items (e.g. salt, pepper, sugar, some vinegar only). There was a washing machine in the toilet room.
The parking & building were very secure - a gated area and double keyed entry. If driving, be sure you have organized the meeting time with the host, Jean-Christophe, before you arrive. It is not possible to wait in the alley in front of the gated area for very long - he needs to be there to let you in and give you the remote.
Layout of the apartment was a bit odd with the toilet being near the entry door and on the other side of the living room, but without a sink so you had to go to the kitchen or back to the bedroom's shower to wash your hands.
Getting to the apartment and parking area would be difficult with a larger car as the alley is very tight and the turns are not easy. Our Audi A3 made it, not sure if our SUV would have without a lot of careful maneuvering.

Apartment was spacious. All the appliances worked well. Within walking distance to many sights, shops and restaurants. Free parking in a secure lot. Comfortable bed, large shower, plenty of storage space. Staff was responsive and provided missing supplies when contacted.
Check in wasn't as convenient or friendly as we have experienced in France. Street is quiet during the day but has late night (2 - 4 am) loud foot traffic. Since there is no air conditioning, it's hard to leave a window open and get some sleep. Kitchen is well equipped but all the Teflon pots/pans are badly scratched up and unsafe to use. Hasn't had a thorough cleaning in a while- lots of dust and grime on lamps, baseboards edges of floor. Living room rug needs a cleaning and sofa cushions have large stains.

Large well-equipped apartment with a very comfortable bed. Linens were clean and crisp, floors spotless and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to utilize with additional counter space. Location was excellent with tram service to the entire city and the archeological museum within a 3-minute walk. Parking was great; convenient and safe. Elevator was the perfect addition. This was a very good stay. We would definitely reserve again!
Communication with the owner was sometimes tentative. An obvious language barrier via email that was immediately corrected once he met us at the apartment to deliver keys. He was very gracious.

We had a great stay in Bordeaux. The host was very responsive and friendly, sharing an extra key later on and showing us the parking possibilities. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It was in a good location of the city, quite central and close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation.
The only thing was that the walls in the apartment building were not super thick I think because sometimes we would hear the neighbours.

Great size? Well equipped appartment with free parking. On the edge of all things Bordeaux.
Not the fault of owner but, they are restoring a building across a very narrow street and it fully blocks the street. As well the large trucks that are starting the rebuilding of this building run there diesel generators all day, every day. As there is a cover over the street to the building, homeless people have taken to party and finally sleep in the structure. There was no air conditioning so all of this made it impossible to keep the windows open. The freezer door falls off every time you open the refrigerator. We left a day earlier as we were just over all of it.
