The price was cheap, but I should have know better - you get what you pay for
The premises were dirty, and the apartment smelled of sewage. The odor was so intense I almost vomited in the shower.

The proximity to the Quais and to the Halles de Bacalan. Two tram stations within 5 minutes of walking distance. The personnel always nice, informative and helpful.
The size of the room was quite small this time, I should have asked earlier for a larger one.

location, good value for money, and comfortable room.
We had a storm at night. The window started leaking water onto the floor. The staff on duty didn't know what to do. He gave me one piece of floor towel to wipe the water, which wasn't enough. Luckily, it stopped at night. We were too tired to move to another room.
