Next to an Eat Salad
Tried to pass off an upgrade to put us in a suite with 2 twin beds when we booked a double bed.
Also tried to contact for a left object (I was returning to the area 2 days later), but only response was well look. I didnt follow up since I didnt want to deal with the staff again.

Well, first of all the staff was so so nice and helpful, the room was spacious and the bed so comfy, the location was okay, you could take the tram or the bus easily but a 10 uber could take you anywhere in the city center, for the price, having that was good
The whole area was under construction but its not their fault so it was a bit tricky to get taxis, also they have little cutlery on the kitchen but it was okay, also maybe more towels or toilet paper would be better but that didn't affect my stay, overall very very good

Friendly and helpful staff. Bus line across the road and tram line to the centre only 8 minutes walk away.
I stayed in room 513. The room certainly did not pass cleanness standards. Bed sheets were neatly folded but I found hairs and other particles from previous guests. The room smelled of dull smoke and worst of all several cockroaches and other insects were present. With persistence my room was changed to a much cleaner room. However there was a strong smell of stagnant water or other forms of waste. I found it difficult to have a comfortable night's sleep.

The room was a good size and didn't face the main road. It was clean and functional and had space for us to unpack. There was room to sit and eat. In the hot weather the air conditioning was able to cope and gave us a pleasant environment. The room was light in the day and had a good curtiain for the night.
We were allocated a room suitable for people with disability and we are not very comfortable with the adaptations. We also felt we may be preventing someone who required the room stopping in the appartment building. We asked but were not moved. There was no dishwasher in the appartment.

It was no nonsense does more or less what it says and convenient. Secure parking two minutes away. Six mins walk from tram connections
Breakfast was fairly anaemia - just egg pancake was warm. It isnt central ( about 15 mis by tram) handy for the rugby via tram though, but cheaper as a result.

Hotel is a little out of town but tram links are quite close. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was basic.
Rooms aren't serviced at all. We had to bring our rubbish downstairs and ask for toilet rolls to be replenished.
