This was a welcome hybrid accommodation: a spacious, well designed and equipped studio apartment, with 24/7 human staffed reception. There was always someone and they were always, friendly, full of information and eager to be of assistance. A restaurant was available in the ground floor for breakfast if you preferred. An excellent supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk. Many sites were within walking distance and tram stops were nearby for longer sojourns, including the airport - very convenient. Also surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, shopping etc.
Everything was great. Would be happy to stay longer.

Location was excellent to reach a lot of the sights on foot, or quick access to mass transit. Also super close to a large mall with a good grocery store if staying in a studio room.
The gym was tiny and had no dumbbells. Luckily several gyms and pools close by!

Close to where everything is. You can control room temp but not lower than 72F in summer. Beds were good. Parking was at the hotel, was very good (including access and size) and lifts access floors. Very quiet. Clean room floor. Nice room size. Staff was uneventful. Average WiFi signal. Small shower. Nice fridge. Will stay again.

The location was pretty convenient.
The lighting was an awful, harsh white color that reminded me of hospitals. The layout of my room was very awkward - the toilet and sink were very far from each other. The air conditioning is poor, and they limit the thermostat to no lower than 22C. The two towels they gave me for 5 days were small, and they made me pay for extras. The fitness center only had cardio equipment, no strength equipment or weights.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du tram pour l'aéroport et en coeur de ville. Il y a un énorme centre commercial juste à côté. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Petite salle de sport bien équipée.
Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant un séjour de 10 jours. Le ménage qui avait été arrangé n'a finalement pas eu lieu.

Good location - walkable around the inner city and still not crowded/noisy. Close to the tram station to and from the airport.
It is ok that the room is cleaned every three/four days. However, it costs to get new towels. For the price, I think it should be included, not necessary every day, but every second day should be sufficient for both the guests and the property.

The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed during an extremely hot spell, so the air conditioning was a huge relief and made our stay much more enjoyable. Even small touches, such as the complimentary cold lemon water in the lobby, made us feel very welcome.

Room was clean, spacious and well equipped with plates utensils dish soap dis towel coffee maker and dishwasher. We were a party of 3 and we even had enough outlets for charging all our electronics. Restaurants were just a stroll away.

Great place to stay, location , facilities and staff are great. The place is safe for travelling as a solo woman, the staff is helpful, explain diections and give you peace of mind. Also you can see that the palce is full of family and nice people.
The bathroom had a bad smeel comming from the shower drain, like sewage and all the room smeel bad if you do not close the door, they should fix that , because it is very uncortable to walk in and smeel that bad stinking smaell.

The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Room temperature was very comfortable and the cooling system doesn't make much noise, which is great. Hotel parking is very convenient if you're coming by car, and location is good, you can walk to main attractions in the city center.
The highlight was the staff which was very friendly and helpful. We forgot a jacket in the room and realized too late to turn back. The hotel staff was very kind to recover the jacket, package it and go to the post office to have it shipped to our home.
The only inconvenience was not having any temporary parking for unloading luggage and checking in. But, thankfully, we were able to pay for 1hr for the underground public parking across the street until we were able to get instructions on how to enter the hotel parking. We may have been able to get around this if we called ahead and asked for the parking code.
