Room was bigger than we thought.
Would have been nice to supply coffee pods and milk and sugar. Coffee maker but no coffee.
Room had a weird smell.
Though I appreciate minimizing the impact on the environment,22 degrees was too warm for us to sleep comfortably which was as low as they would let the AC be set at.

Great location being close to restaurants, trams, bars and sites. Loved the view of the park and rooftops. Well outfitted room. No housekeeping so no early knocks on the door or putting things away.
Some staff were not very helpful and almost like you were bothering them. Other guests said the same. Try to get the English receptionist. Knows everything. Laundry is nice but dryer is temperamental.

Right on the edge of the old town but quiet. Walk to Opera National in 10 or so mins. Bus almost at door, #1 Bus and tram close. Supermarket massive and very close. As a light traveler it was good and convenient and easy. Big room. With a nice courtyard balcony. Staff very helpful.

Close to tram routes. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were quiet. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing break. Supermarkets close by. Perfectly situated to visit Bordeaux sights/restaurants/bars.
We had a studio which was sufficient for two. The only thing missing was a comfortable chair.

The location and view from the room. The staff was super helpful. The room comes equipped with everything including a little dishwasher!
We liked everything. My friends wished the pillows were bigger and I just think a bar would have been great.
