The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bordeaux within walking distance of the cathedral and centre. It had everything I needed for a couple of nights' stay and was also very good value for money.
The shower was a bit strange - kind of a mini bathtub that functions as a shower. There are also not so many grocery stores or bakeries immediately surrounding the hotel, but luckily, the centre is not that far away.

Location is ok. Not far from the center and some attraction. Quite easy to find. Beds are comfy and look secure.
Mouldy coffee in the coffee machine, hand soap container empty while it supposed to have toiletries included. Constant noise during the stay.

Rooms were tiny. Not at all like the photos. No room for 2. Kitchen barely there. Bath to small to shower in. Should not be advertised as an aparthotel as really just a very small Hotel room.

Unfortunately, I forgot a sum of money in the room. After contacting the hotel and giving them the exact location where I left the money, they informed me that they had found nothing. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled, and it has affected my overall experience

Nice and clean room, good location!
The hallways were a bit dark, we couldn’t see the lock of the door of the room, not even in the morning. The sensor of the light of the garage is quick and we didn’t know we needed to press a switch to turn on the lights, so we stayed in the dark getting our stuff.
