Good location, small rooms, but practical. Nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Wine in the room!
Parking was an absolute nightmare, but this probably goes for most inner city hotels.

The location is perfect close to great cafes and restaurants and also public transport. The airco worked very well. It was relatively good value for money for the location and convenience. Id definitely stay here again.
The welcome was a little stiff! But otherwise the staff were very nice.

Fantastic staff. Eclectic decor downstairs which worked really well. Breakfast was great. Chilled and relaxed vibe. Very close to all the trams and lots of restaurants and liveliness very close but no noise whilst sleeping. Superb location.

Great location. Hotel is tired looking. My room was tiny, but it worked for one night. Manager is grumpy. No frills hotel, basic, but fine if you don't expect niceties.
Could be more customer service oriented. The night reception was a wonderful young man. Pleasant and helpful, the day manager was grumpy and I tried to avoid him. My room was tiny. Not a place to spend much time, but then the location was great, so didnt need to spend much time in the room. The stairwell was really in need of refreshing.
