They arranged a early breakfast 3:45 and a shuttle bus at 4:00 as my flight was early
The lady who brought me to the airport was so friendly

Location is very good(they offer a shuttle to the airport early in the morning)
The breakfast was nice and it s served from 4 AM(it was perfect for us that had a flight early in the morning)
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was missing and an other employee gave us the room. He probably did not know that the room in question was missing some part of the window so the cold air could come inside the room.
We turned on the A/C on 30 degrees and we sealed the holes with some bags and in 2 hours the temperature became bearable but not optimal.
We are not upset about the temperature(it wasn t in our comfort zone but it was tolerable for a 9 h stay in the room) but the problem was that even after we told them about the situation and they showed us an empty room that had the missing part of the window, they said they could do nothing about the situation.

The hotel and staff were friendly, however fell on the step outside as it was poorly demarkated in the night. split open my eye and staff called the ambulance. The staff was really concerned and very helpful. In the morning, the shuttle service took me to the airport at 4 in the morning.

The hotel staff fulfil our interconnecting room request. Room was very clean with good working air-conditioning for heating up the room. Pleasant stuff with great communication from the time of the reservation until our arrival.
Good selection of breakfast item, free parking around the hotel, complimentary water refill available near the reception. Convenient location both near the airport also the tour of Alsace wine route with Christmas market etc. Family friendly property. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and fluent in English. Extensive continental breakfast was included. Free shuttle to airport, which was only about five minutes away.
The "motorcycle racing" decor is definitely unique!

Very clean, good breakfast and it starts early at 04:30 in the morning. It was quiet at night.
There is a transfer from the hotel to aeroport , but not from the airport to the hotel . This didn’t bother us , as we had checked this before booking.

It was already very good before but now tbey solved the very last problem.instead of havin a soggy frozen pizza i had the BEST steak EVER....
At 18 euro it was a steal. More...the fries and sauce were great too.just love this place and the fine people who work there !
