Excellent location within walking distance of the ocean, the market, the supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants. Check-in was seamless and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English, which was such a bonus. They were able to ask any questions asked.
It was quite shabby. The carpets were grubby, the floor and kitchen tiles were chipped and broken. The balcony door did not close without a lot of effort. The sinks and bath stoppers were broken. The safe we was not fixed to the wall so could have been taken. Reception was staffed only for a few hours in the morning and the evening and had no contact number in case of emergencies.

It is a 4 star place, but there is no room service And you have to clean your own kitchen, and they even let you pay a penalty of 80 if the kotchen and fridge arent clean?! I never ever leave the place that i stay dirty, but this is not nicewe are on holiday an pay a lot of money to be there, and NO help at all!

Great location great apartment great shower kitchen facilities and well be back.
No fans in room especially as no air conditioning but overall a great stay and very central.

The location in Biarritz, size of apartment and comfortable double bed. The reception lady was very pleasant.
Badly cracked floor tiles, tired bathroom and area where the bunkbeds like an alcove - pretty basic overall for the cost. We have stayed in much smarter places in France for a lot less.
