It was clean and rather new (or well maintained) with a very good location
There was no safe or fridge at the room - which was quite weird for me for a 4 star hotel...
The staff did agree to store our things in a common safe and common fridge, but it wasn't as convenient like in your own room

Disappointing
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good.
There was no notice of construction happening on our floor. The tea kettle was incredibly crusted with calcium deposits. We had to scrub and clean it before we could use it. The coffee supplies were minimal. Just 4 coffees and 3 teas and only 4 sugars. No creamers or milk. We had to ask for a carafe of water and milk from the bar. The TV did not have any stations in English, for example BBC or CNN. The breakfast was rather expensive for what was offered.

Location and pool area and a comfortable lobby. Very friendly and professional staff.
Could not control the AC in the room which was set to 64°. Uncomfortably cold. Food at the on-site restaurant lacked in quality. Ordered a medium rare duck and got shoe leather.

The pool was really nice, the room & bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. Parking lot is very spacious. The staff was lovely.
