Convenient location just outside of Bayeux. 5 min walk to pubs and restaurants.
Rooms were a bit outdated and tiny. No AC.

The location is good, close to the train station and not far away from the city center.
There is a spider in the kettle. The hair drier is broken. The valve in the tank of the toilet is leaking.

Bed was comfortable
Whole building is tired, could do with a new make over, bathroom functioned but not comfortable to use. Restaurant was like a factory canteen nothing special ,food was OK. Breakfast a bit of a bunfight and definately not worth the cost.
all in all abit of a dissapointment.

The property is fairly central to tourist sights, and / or within a good distance to other places of interest.
The dinners are reasonably priced to eat at the hotel, breakfast was a variety for most dietary requirements. Staff are friendly. The staff member who stood out the most to us is Ahmed - 10/10. Attentive, polite, friendly, and nothing was a problem.
Having a wooden staircase to climb with luggage was something we did not expect. And a deep bath to climb over to shower for 2 x oldies with bad knees….. Not the property as a whole, but we were shocked by the toilet paper holder in the bathroom - great resemblance to being in a public toilet with the canister type contraption.

Staff was friendly, place was relatively cheap. Not too far from train station or town
Toilets were filthy, had some mold or something terrible at the back of them. Most uncomfortable beds and pillows I've ever used too. AC was also broken and only blew hot air, so it was warm in the room. Room also had no thick blinds to go over the thin see through blinds. Property is designed odd as well, in that you have to walk all the way around it to get to the road

The location was perfect for what we required. The breakfast offering had good choice and was substantial.
The premises is somewhat 'tired' looking and would be greatly improved by being re-painted.

A couple of issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi, hard to avoid a lot of water on floor when showering, lock on one room's door was hard to close securely

Conveniently located in a quiet area just off a roundabout on the edge of the old town, about 15 minutes walk from the Museum. Lots of parking, nice views of the green space beyond and next to the property. Enjoyed seeing the cows and horses next door! Room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Buffet breakfast one morning which was convenient. Friendly staff!
Extremely small bedside table between two twin beds was inconvenient as my husband uses a CPAP machine and we could barely fit it on the table. The buffet breakfast was just okay.

Staff was helpful even though we had a language issue as I don't speak French. They were great at overcoming this. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Everything was within an easy walk.
