We booked the family room which had a great terrace and a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea and town. The breakfast each morning was adequate and we had one dinner which was really lovely. The parking was very easy and accessible due to number plate recognition. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
The toilet (which was separate from the bathroom) was extremely small. The bathroom was also on the 'snug' size, but very clean. The tea and coffee making facility was fine, but I would have preferred milk for my tea rather than cream. I understand the French do not normally put milk in their tea, but English do. To compensate, I brought some milk to the room from the restaurant in a cup and kept it in the mini fridge. The indoor pool was too salty and I had difficulty swimming in it, the water stung my eyes. We tried the outdoor pool, but the water was too cold (I was under the impression it would have been heated slightly).

Disappointing
Not much to be honest. The only good thing was that we could charge our electric car on the parking below the hotel.
The double bed was tiny (short and narrow), mattress too soft, pillows too thick and the bathroom was old and sub-standard for a so-called four star hotel. The buffet breakfast was very limited and low quality as well. The hotel was full of 70+ years old people walking around in their bath robes. Not impressed.

Staff were excellent, really friendly and very very helpful.
It is a very tired looking hotel with a Spa that seems ok. Location is on the edge of town with 150 steps to climb. No area to relax outside of the Spa and had to be in dressing gown by poor.

The location was amazing and the views were great. Access to the spa area was open throughout the whole day until 21:00, so it was very convenient.
Surprisingly, most of the staff did not speak a single word of English, so beware in case you don't speak French

Superb terrace for breakfast/dining/relaxing. Excellent and clean large pool. Large beds, efficient a/c. Safe parking. Despite being fully booked all parts of the hotel were not overcrowded. Very friendly efficient inconspicuous staff

Wonderful
The room is very nice and large, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very convenient parking. We really liked the Welcome kit for our dog!
Fantastic queen bed.
I expected for a structure of this level, to be able to communicate without problems in English, but none of the staff (except for some of the reception) know any other language than French

We liked our room, the breakfasts, the parking, and the pool. All staff were friendly and helpful, and moving around the hotel was easy. Good location, although we were glad we'd paid the extra for a room with a view of the ocean.
The door to our balcony was very tricky to open. There were two sliding doors. The main handle was brooken, so we had to open the other door, by a VERY SMALL silver button, which required strong and dexterous fngers to pull and turn - a process that had to be repeated if you wnated to lock the balcony door when you left the room.
