The kettle in the room was not cleaned, communication about the breakfast times was not clear, we were told breakfast times on Saturday which was not applicable for Monday but the guy didn't explain to us that Monday has a different time

The property has gated parking with a lot of spaces. The breakfast selection was very good. Cereals, scrambled eggs. Make your own fried egg. Bacon, potatoes, selection of cheeses, pastries, waffles etc. very friendly staff. And it was relatively quiet.
Separate toilet to shower
Well. I found the mattress really hard. The toilet, was really quite small and you had to stand next to the bowl to close the door. But I liked the fact the toilet was separate. The area was very close to a lorry park and did look very in inviting. But once inside the grounds it was nice.

Easy accessibility and free parking
Médiocre neatness all over the facility . No toilet paper in the lobby toilet. The lift is filthy. It’s a third rate hotel for me as a globe trotter

Disappointing
The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful.
No fitted sheet (just a fitted plastic water proof thing that doesn’t fit well on the bed). The fire alarm went off at 8 AM (staff first told us it was the kitchen, then said it was another person staying). There was black mold in the shower. It is difficult to access via public transportation (several transfers, buses don’t run super often). Pool is not heated.

Wonderful
My daughter loved the pool, all the staff I encountered were helpful and really nice. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There's a park nearby and plenty of places to get food and supplies. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
It was a bit expensive but I understood that as it was during the Olympics which is what we were there for.
