Comfortable bed, good location and friendly staff.
No smart TV for Netflix, felt the hotel was a little expensive for lack of facilities.

Icone Hotel charged 38 euro from my credit card without my permission after i paid the hotel fee as a cash. I sent e mail to them but they didint answer me!

Lovely room. Perfect location. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Good value.
Horrific welcome from the lady on reception. Felt like I was a burden just for checking in. Don't think I've ever left a bad review but I've never been made to feel so bad for turning up to my pre-booked hotel. Really really sad. Would like to think she was having a bad day but same thing the next morning. Horrible experience.

The toilet smells and it overflows every time you shower. It is also very small.
