Proximity to the airport. Airport shuttle and its driver
Did not provide the room as advertised. Gave away booked room and put an elderly woman in a trailer with a long walk behind the main building. Room had only one light and one switch and was very run down. I booked this room for my mother 6 months in advance.

Staff is always accommodating from check in, to serving in the restaurant to checking out! even very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us arrange transport for needed services. Very kind when other family had to meet us there and didn’t complain about us in the lobby. Restaurant food is always exceptional and filling!! Check out super fast and efficient! Highly recommend staying here as their prices and service are the best in town!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and we absolutely loved the breakfast provided. The vegetable dishes in the morning were superb—compliments to the cooks! I would highly recommend this place to other small families looking for a relaxing vacation. Overall, our experience was very positive.
The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit small for a deluxe room.

Didn’t have the breakfast as was leaving early morning. Close to airport and good shuttle service. Hotel staff were very welcoming.
Very basic room for price paid. Felt a little uncomfortable as young kids playing around by door to our room. All in all could do with a good spruce up to match the price.

Not much to be honest. The staff were pleasant. Free shuttle to the airport was appreciated
The property needs a serous renovation and copious tins of paint. Furniture in the room dark, small TV, very slow Wi-Fi (1.6mbps) and unusable. Not worth $230AUD/night

Unfortunately nothing
The so-called free Airport Shuttle did not show up. Waiting over 30 minutes nothing even though I booked well in advance, had confirmation that there will be one. After waiting 30 minutes I rang their reception and the lady said they would call the shuttle, after another 10 minutes I gave up and took a taxi who charged me $10. When I got to reception I explained what happened to the reception lady and all she said was that the shuttle was at the airport. No apologies, no accountability at all. Very poor customer service experience. I even messaged them via the Booking app but up till now I'm already checked out and there's still no response at all. This hotel should be renamed to Motel, very basic facilities, old rooms and worst experience. The room size is like a prison cell and smells like a toilet in the room not worth the price of the $150 NZD I paid.
