Love the pool and location. The pool side bar service was good. The breakfast options were plenty and served delicious food. The Indian menu items were delicious. Everyone of my family loved it.
Only down side is if you seat outside for breakfast with beautiful views..... the birds are flying around and harras you while eating, indoor is ok but felt bit hot/sweaty although big blowing fan helps.

The location & pools were amazing - especially being able to use the pools at the villas which were deeper and quieter.
Our ground floor ocean front was perfect for being able to relax and have the kids come in and out and nap.
Bit hot at breakfast more fans would be good. Very minor feedback though.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay there. The shuttle was a highlight within the hotel and to Westin pool and gym. Westin was so pretty, good to have private access. The pity was adults only pool. The restaurant was the best. We liked and seafood buffet and breakfast buffet, although we had the breakfast every day, still liked it. It was superb. So many choices and your own choice fruit/veggie juice. I would give 10/10 to the restaurant. Room was clean with good size. You can fill your bottle in the hotel which was handy. Friendly staff and nice environment.
Surcharge on any card payment, I think it applies to all hotels. But I don’t think there was such a fee when I visited 7 yrs ago. Swimming pool is too shallow but you can visit the villa side slightly deeper than the main pool. Activities were not that attractive to us. We attended the kids’ movie night from Raddisson Blue.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Chef Shiek and Chef Nazim for the delicious food and personal attention—they truly made every meal memorable. Also, a big shoutout to George and Ratu at concierge for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly attitude and helpfulness made all the difference.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Our room location was amazing - on the waterfront with amazing views of the ocean. Lovely adults only pool area
Our shower was not working that well - the shower rose would noy stay facing forward so the water was spraying onto the wall. Bathroom generally tired. Fridge leaked water on to the floor and had to get maintenance to come and fix main ligth switch. Restaurant was really expensive.

Staff overall were great. The people make the stay!
Cold showers, paper thin walls and little attendance by security to late night parties. A sliver of blue from the balcony of our''ocean view'' room. My wife and I suffered scombroid poisoning from a fish dish in the Tatavu Grill & Bar - no reimbursement of doctors fees or acknowledgment of the issue from the resort. Sheraton just doesn't tick the boxes that other resorts in Fiji do.

Friendly staff, access to bulk bus for transportation, comfortable bed, spacious room, loved my corner room with The view, felt safe. Free bottled water each day in the room was most appreciated.
I stayed exclusively at the property on the first 3 days. I developed fever, nausea and diarrhea requiring antibiotics. This had me questioning everything I ate at the hotel for the duration of my stay. It was stressful not to trust all the raw fruits, vegetables, juices and condiments on the buffet as well as water/ice, including at the hallway spigots. Breakfast buffet was included with my accommodation. I asked for bottled water at breakfast, explaining to staff that I had been ill and didn’t want to drink water with ice that was readily available. I was informed that I had to pay extra for bottled water(!) I agreed to the extra charge. It was not provide to the table during my meal.
Many of the beach chairs have bird droppings on the back rests. I didn’t see staff ever come by with cleaner and a rag to wipe it off. It was unpleasant and unsanitary to covered the feces with the only beach towel provided that then was meant to be used to dry off after the pool. I didn’t notice a bird problem when briefly visiting either the Sofitel or Hilton pool facilities.

A bit too corporate / soulless, mediocre and overpriced food, and the location makes it difficult to see anything other than the resort itself
