The location was outstanding. Situated in the heart of Rovaniemi with access to tours, shopping mall and restaurants all within minutes walking distance.
The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly.
No coffee in the room. I am an early riser and need coffee when I wake up. I had to go to the lobby and pay almost 3 euro for a small cup of coffee to go.

The room was decently sized and clean. We really liked the convenient location to the city center - everything was walkable.
We had to store our luggage in the luggage storage room for quite a few hours since check out was at 12pm and our train wasn't until 9pm. Unfortunately the hotel staff will let anyone who asks into the locked luggage room, without checking for a luggage ticket or ensuring you are a hotel guest. As a result, we had a very nice pair of headphones and a GoPro camera stolen from our bags while they were being stored. I understand that the hotel is not responsible for items stored in the luggage room, but at other hotels we've stayed at, only staff are allowed into the luggage room and generally you are given a ticket showing that you have bags in the storage room. The hotel was decent overall, but this really soured our experience.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. I had the club sandwich which was delicious. The room was comfortable.
The restaurant menu and hours are limited but I appreciated there being one on site. The bathroom was a bit small. The price was very high.

I booked and payed a king superior suite with sauna. They downgraded my room without notification resulting in me-a single mum with 2 young kids to have to manage their frustration after i wanted to spoil them with this. They offered no compensation and no understanding. Thanks scandic rovaniemi for this awful experience.

Slow reception. the sound insulation is horrible we could hear everything from the street. The room faced the street ant the lights would be directly into the room, even with only 3 hours of sun and at night with curtains closed the room was never dark.

Great location! In front of the hotel there is a mall center, restaurant and so on.
The breakfast was really delicious with several options.
There isn’t soundproof, so during the night we woke up sometimes because the loud noisy on the street.
