Nice location, good breakfast.
Icefishing was funny. I wouldve wanted to drill my own icefishing hole, but it was not possible. The activity was imo for indoorsy people and was only show. It did not last very long time. But the guide was funny so over all it was fun.

Our suite was amazing and all the building were super pretty and cozy. The spa was beautiful and big and the staff was lovely. The restaurants were also great, BIG recommendation for the kota restaurant! It was amazing. So beautiful and intimate, and amazing food. The chef was super nice also. The snow mobile safari was also great! The guide was helpful and kind, and we were driving for a long time in different terrains.
Minor issues with the cleaning of our room. The slippers provided were clearly used and had hair on them. The shower wall was pretty dirty by the floor and the champagne glasses in the kitchen were dusty and greasy. The spa was great, but the jacuzzi water was cold and the saunas pretty small.

Quiet and nice surroundings
The warm water only lasted for 15 minutes in the shower. There wasnt a hot tub on the spa side, max temp 31.

A magical experience in a wintery landscape. Wonderful spa with at least 5 different saunas and a relaxing atmosphere. An awesome dinner at Restaurant Solitary.

Expected the ice on the lake to be thick, to take the ice skating, but it is not the fault of the property, but weather ;)

Almost everything, except
- Pool should have been 2-3 degrees warmer. And yes, I recognize they keep it a bit cold because of environmental reasons, but still
- Disappointing that 2 saunas were not functioning or in use while there in the spa.
- Weird at a 4 star hotel that you only have standard filtered coffee - this is seemingly normal though at many places in Finland. Wheres my espresso or latte?
- The hotel should keep the bar music to the minimum until all dinner guests have finished eating (at the fire restaurant). It was weird that our nice semi-romantic dinner ended with hearing bar music from the other side of the wall.
- Also very weird that you need to pay for some of the parking lots at a hotel in the middle of Finland (or middle of the forest). It feels like the hotel is milking the customers. Why not just increase the price of the hotel by 5-10 euros so that parking would be free everywhere?
