The staff and the hotel were absolutely perfect and incredible. I received the best service of any hotel I've ever stayed in, including 5 star hotels. My room was perfection and made for an incredibly comfortable stay. There aren't any words to express how wonderful everything about this hotel was. I wish I could take it along everywhere I travel.

I had two extremely early mornings at the hotel and the staff prepared a to-go breakfast for me each day. Room was very clean. Location walkable around Helsinki - roughly 10 mins to Senate Square / 12 to Market Square.
No sauna at this location, but allowed you to use the sauna at nearby sister hotels. Location near rowdy bars which should be considered if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night. First floor rooms require navigating.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is fantastic. It's situated close to all restaurants and cafes and all the tourist locations. The room was very large and clean with a lovely view and had all the amenities including a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. I can't fault this hotel in any way

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent. You're close to shops, restaurants , cafes and tourist locations. The service from the staff was outstanding and the room was clean, good size, comfortable with all amenities. Just fantastic. I can't fault it at all.

Rooms were like new / refurbished. Bathrooms had walk-in showers and enough water pressure. Breakfast was in a very nice place on ground level with a lot of different/vegan choices. Nice vieuw from the top bar where you could also order bites. Amazing view and the best part of the city to walk to the harbto go with the ferry to Helsinki Island.
Book-in prrocess took a long time. Entrance is very non-impresive.
