In the end the staff gave us free brekkies after all the booking hustle and moving rooms.
There was some issues with our booking through Booking. They missed our extra bed and breakfasts. Means that the agreed things in Booking chat was not in the system. They gave us a small room even when we booked a family room for 4 adults (5th on extra bed). The extra beds were rock hard. The staff wanted to charge us on the 5th person even this was agreed in the chat being covered with the bed price. The hallways had beer pints on the floors on both days. The sauna area was dirty.

This is a great family hotel in a great location. It's an easy walk into central Helsinki and is opposite a lovely park. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.
The beds weren't the most comfortable but were fine for a few nights.

The room was big enough for three people, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also great with wide variety of options, however the options were the same everyday. The downtown and the main railway and bus stations are well-connected to the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.
The towels were not changed during our 4-day stay nor the room ha been cleaned, the staff only got the bed done. Moreover, the pool and sauna provided by the hotel did not really meet our expectations. There were seperate saunas for men and women with only 5-6 people being able to use it at the same time, while the pool's size was small compared to the amount of people using it, so the wellness part was not enjoyable at all.

Our stay was amazing. The room was spacious and bright, bed was so comfortable. Everyone was so nice and friendly, answered every question I had and made sure we really did have the best stay. Totally worth it. Breakfast was so delicious and made for every diet and preference. Anything you could want from breakfast. And to avoid mass of people, you can book your time to breakfast and it was so nice. Pool was nice, big enough to have a good swim (more crowded in the evenings, sauna was nice and warm with a beautiful view from ninth floor)

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated receiving it at a discounted rate. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were also very enjoyable.
