Location and breakfast
The wardrobe space was quite small, especially for winter coats, and there wasn’t enough room to hang outerwear. Also, tea was provided only for one day and wasn’t replenished during the stay.

The room is on the 3rd floor the end room and quiet. The hotel is in a nice residential area next to the lake with beautiful sunset and springing fountain. The hotel has a nice lobby and 24 hours lobby. It also allows us to leave the luggage in a secured luggage room after check out, so that we could do some last minute shopping and touring.
If we can have a water pot, it would be better. The room is a little dated.

Location close to the metro. Breakfast and playroom for kids.
Room was small and shower oddly positioned on the side of the tub not at the end making it hard not to get the floor all wet.

Friendly staff, explained a bit of the story of the hotel. Clean room, comfortable beds, ok wc and shower. Quiet zone, because the hotel is in an interior street, yet quite close to the center and some 10 min walk to the cathedral. Convenient late shop some 3 min walking distance.

We loved everything - the location was perfect, the rooms were beautiful and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was also tasty and had a lot of options. They have a room to store your bags in before and after your stay, which was really convenient. Would definitelt stay again!

Cool design, helpful staff, and comfortable beds. Nice walk to the city center.
Was far from transportation and neighborhood was too quiet. Usually we try to stay away from city centers, but felt no activity in this neighborhood.

The air conditioner was weak, so it took a while to cool the room off.

I have stayed in 5 hotels during this trip so far. The room in Scandic Passi is the most generous. It have sufficient room for a family of three. We really love the fact that the room has a seperate bothroom from the showers. That works perfect when you have more than one person staying in the room. The staffs are friendly inclduing the breakfast staffs. The location is near everything we want to visit. We treuly love Scandic and will choose Scandic whenever we can.
The hotel seems to be a conversion from office building. The hallway is dark and old. The elevators are a bit confusing because there is a big one and then there is another smaller one seperated by a wall.

the fridge, the ironing board and iron were useful.
Mechanical bed was comfortable.
I found the room decoration very somber - and dark.
the lights in the bathroom was very weak. Couldn't put my makeup in the bathroom. I tried to lower the temperature in the room to 20 degrees but temperature control would not accept it. I overheated at night. Found the duvet stiff.
