Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The location was great and was all kept tidy.
Could have done with a few more kitchen bits, like a toaster, more glasses etc

Clean for sure. Nice location, not too far from the city. Car parking was sufficient and close to the cottage.
The family cottage was too small and didn't have any toilet or bathroom inside. You will have to go outside to use the toilet and the bathroom. I feel, the cottage shall have a toilet inside at least so that you or your kid do not struggle especially in the midnight.

It was a lovely house at the edge of a forest. I love that this has a sauna in the house. In general a very good option. We stayed there already a second time. Enjoyed it very much and intent to come back for more days.
The beds are too soft for my liking.

Most of the staff that we dealt with are lovely.
- Cleanliness of our cabin was not up to standards expected. Particularly the bathroom.
-They had a bed in the living area so no where for our family to sit and relax together.
-Cleaning staff extremely insensitive - (on our last day, we had all our belongings packed on the porch ready to leave but our 3 month old was screaming and crying and we were trying to settle her- the cleaner made this more stressful by telling us “you need to leave now”. ??!!
-We left our suitcases in storage on site until we had to leave for airport - before I arrived back to collect my luggage they had already put a 75 euro hold on my card for a key that had not been returned yet (even though they had my luggage and I would be returning to the site)
-Laundry facilities are 10 euro to wash and dry one load and we had to book in a day or two before meaning I was picking up my dry laundry at midnight.
-Don’t understand the appeal of the area there is literally nothing to do beyond a sauna.
Apartments overlook camping ground so you feel like you’re just in a city carpark.

Loved the accommodation. Perfect location for catching the metro to enjoy the city but also go back to get away from the hustle and bustle. The children loved the play areas. Accommodation had everything you need.
