Disappointing
The experience started poorly at check-in, as the receptionist was not cooperative and her attitude was unwelcoming. Basic questions were not answered clearly, and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get assistance.
As for the room, it was disappointing. The bed headboard (leather) was damaged and peeling in several areas, which is unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I have attached photos showing this issue.
The main problem was the curtains, which did not close fully, allowing light to enter the room constantly. This had a direct impact on sleep quality and overall comfort.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, this does not make up for the poor service and the condition of the room.
Overall, there is a clear gap between the photos shown during booking and the actual reality. The hotel needs significant improvement in both maintenance and service quality.

Location very good, walking distance from Central Station, buses around, in the middle of the center not far away from the shore. Nice personnel and clean rooms. For business and for family stay recommended.

The location couldn’t have been better – right in the centre and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. It made getting around the city really easy and stress-free.
The breakfast was also a real highlight – such a great selection and everything was really fresh and well presented. It set us up perfectly for the day each morning.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsinki.
