20 minutes walk to the main cathedral, and not far from tram stops which can take you central (and from there you can go anywhere). Sauna was great! It had its own changing room and you could change the temperature of the sauna to work for you. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom felt slightly dated and the drains smelt. The room also took a very long time to warm up and even then it got cold quite quickly.

Roman was an amazing "host" as we may mention - he was wonderfully attentive both towards us as well as towards our daughter. We have been multiple times at the hotel and can highly recommend the establishment, especially due to the friendly staff. We will be back. Thank you again for the hospitality and for making our family feel very welcome.

Location was great, easy walking distance everywhere, immaculately clean. Breakfast was wonderful with such variety and all delicious. Staff were really helpful too.
Wetroom shower meant the bathroom floor was always wet. Gym was very small and basic too.

I appreciated the flexibility with an earlier check-in. The room was comfortable and visually pleasant, although it felt slightly dated.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room had a noticeable smell, which affected the overall experience. In addition, I had inquired the day before about the possibility of receiving a takeaway breakfast due to an early departure. I was informed that this would not be possible, as the kitchen was already closed, despite it still being early in the afternoon. I was told there would be some fruit and muesli bars available instead, but in reality, I was given only a single cookie upon departure.
For comparison, I stayed at another hotel on the same street a few weeks earlier, where arranging a takeaway breakfast was handled smoothly and even included an additional item upon request.

The location was great and the breakfast was good but clearly not worth the price. Having the sauna is a plus (however it would be even better if they could at least provide bathrobes and slippers, especially considering the price you pay for the stay)
The bedroom was disgusting, specifically the bed and the bathroom. The bed/pillows/comforter/mattress cover/curtains were all covered with other people’s hair and/or mystery stains. The tiles on the floor were also coming off. The equipment was also pretty outdated, you don’t even get Netflix or any streaming service on the TV. Also I don’t understand not having a private wifi with a password, it didn’t feel really secure. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. The staff was also not really welcoming (didn’t even say hello as we would come by).

Staff excellent very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room. Heated floor on the bathroom got my heart. Excellent breakfast that I almost forgot I was in Europe.
We were in the old building and then the access with the pantographic elevator, which is not a huge problem. But if it is for you, you should ask to stay in the modern building with modern elevator.

Great all around. Doesn’t aspire to be a five star hotel but does what it does extremely well. Top notch breakfast. Don’t miss the excellent sauna.
