Location and it was clean.
No coffee/tea in the room, very small bathroom. I had to wait to get served in the restaurant for a very long time.

Sandic was very warm and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance from the Expo Center and we therefore did not have to use an UBER to and from.
There was nothing I did not like about Sanndic. It worked well for us.

Every cosy,welcoming place !Also has free sauna!And the location is 3 minutes walk to the mall and inside the mall there is railway station which is great if you are planning to visit Rovaniemi.

Comfortable room and good breakfast. Nice location close to Mall of Tripla and the transit hub of Pasila.
Breakfast can be so packed there are no free seats.

Good location close to conference centre. My room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was pretty dreadful. The coffee was undrinkable (note I am fussy) and the food options were not great. I ended up having plain yoghurt and the chia pudding each morning because everything else was dire.

Excellent location (close to the train station and the mall that has everything you need), friendly staff, especially the people who worked the breakfast shifts, very nice breakfast choices and we enjoyed the lounge area. The family room was spacious, beds were comfy, and we loved the light system in our room, wish every hotel had that. The bathroom had enough counter space for two. :) I didn't get to try out the restaurant or the bar, but it was a cozy place.
Cannot open windows (air gets stuffy even with AC), mold in the bathroom, Chromecast didn't work (we were looking forward to it), no kettle in the room, charging 2.40EUR for a tea bag and hot water from a thermos is wild. Had to put down a credit card for a mini bar that was locked.
