Excellent location. Walkable to metro and trams. I love the breakfasts selections and all the staff are polite always ready to assist especially to Marianna at the reception. She explained everything that I need to know with transportation. She have the smile and laugh that can make your day better. And the guy who checked us in I forgot the name but he's definitely helpful until our check out time where he lend us the weighing scale for our luggage a life saver??? Kudos to everyone! I would definitely recommend Original Sokos Hotel Albert! Will comeback for our summer vacation ?
I think gym would be nice for a four star hotel. But nonetheless everything is perfect. Thank youuuuu.

The breakfast, the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort. Value for money.
Couldn't open the windows although did have air con. Shower water spread over bathroom /wet room floor to great extent. Shower door didn't contain it so shower mat got soaked.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is in the design district and within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was amazing. Many vegan options and organic food. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was bigger than expected. The Georgian restaurant down the street - which I highly recommend people try. The room was quiet, no noise
The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best. The food was absolutely fantastic though.

It was really quiet
The rooms are tiny, the facilities are quite dated, the breakfast is basic and the same every day. The sauna is only open two hours a day. Overall, a disappointment.

The staff were excellent, particularly Marianne who was fabulous after I fell down a step in the hotel. The lifts are interesting in a good way ☺️
