A returning customer. Have found this hotel to be quite ideal for a downtown stay. Rooms are pretty small and tight, but do the trick. Breakfast has been nice and the restaurant downstairs (The Toscanini) offers really delicious Italian food. The staff were able to help me in various special requests.
Room size can be an issue if you have plenty of luggage. But there probably are bigger rooms as well. There is no ironing device in the rooms, but the staff were really helpful in delivering one when needed!

Great location , really friendly staff , fair room size with nice quality bath products , very clean , breakfast was adequate , limited hot food but plenty of variety of cold meats , fruit , cereal Pastries .

The location , the size of the rooms , the Finnish design , the always friendly reception staff , the fabulous italian restaurant, great breakfast buffet , diversity friendly
That they have no sauna , gym and that they do not clean the room everyday unless the guest specifically requests for it at the reception . But sauna and massage centre is a 5 minute walk

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was delicious.
I found the hotel room too dark; there is no view. Even though I travelled for business purposes, I would add more comfort and facilities in the room. I expected that the hotel has more services, such as spa/sauna.
