Very central location to see the old town & cathedrals. Breakfast was very good - choice and quality of the ingredients was outstanding. Room was comfortable and the washroom was modern.
Certain preparations of eggs ( like eggs benedict etc) was charged separately which i thought was uncalled for should have been part of the breakfast buffet cost. Bath salts should have been replenished since i had used it the first night

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the location is central to many of the attractions Helsinki has to offer.
Our stay was phenomenal. The only downside is that the gym and spa are impacted by renovations. There is no sauna while renovations are ongoing. I look forward to visiting again once renovations are completed.
