Location was amazing- very central. Cosy room!
AC wouldn’t cool no matter what and it’s a shame that windows wouldn’t open being winter- it was very warm at night to sleep

Breakfast (but expensive). The silence. Central location.
Dog basket in my room. At the end of the 2nd day, my carpet have big stains. Bleach water? Room temperature is minimum 20,5°, what is way too much for a good night of sleep.

Its excellent!! The bed is super comfy, I slept throught the whole night. Its so quiet. The breakfast is really great and healthy. The hotel is by the haven where the market is. Very close to the cathedral and the boat to the suomenlinna fortress is only a few minutes walk. We had a great vacation and relaxing time.
The toilet after flushing sometimes makes a sharp squeaky noise and won't stop until we flush one more time. That's the only thing.

EXCELLENT, highly economical (relatively speaking for such buffets), and beyond the quality usually encountered.
Thermostat (AC), could not be lowered below 72F (20C), but the hotel CAN open the windows if you ask them. Despite that, this could be a problem in the summer months.

Bed was amazing - so comfortable!! The bath was superb - so lovely to soak in hot bubbly water with no interuptions!!
It would have been nice to have an easy chair or small couch in the room - the bed and desk chair were the only seating options available.
