breakfast - excellent selection of food, including traditional Finnish dishes, food very tasty, polite and friendly waiters
location - convenient, great place to stay to visit Helsinki (it is not that far from the downtown, and you stay in place close to nature, by the water, with direct access to parks and to walking and biking trails), Seurasaari island with the Open-Air Museum is a walking distance from the hotel. You can easily get by bus from this hotel to the Haaga Rhododendron Park, a great place to visit if you are in Helsinki in late May or early June.

Rude staff, room walls were like paper, misleading pet price information (they didn't tell us upfront, just deducted the amount from our card later on even though there should have been compilmentary pet supplies when bringing a pet to your room but we received none). Chaotic breakfast experience, rude waitresses that forgot our requests and we could see that other people also didn't receive the tables they were given. Food included watery frozen foods.

The restroom in the sauna was small and hard to find.
I think it would be nice if breakfast could be served either at the restaurant with an ocean view or at the one in the conference building.

Location was very private, not close to the center. But we picked it because of its distance to the Seurasaari island. We were attending the midsummer eve festival in the island so we would like an accommodation nearby.
Old furniture, chairs have visible old stains. The toilet smells a bit pungent. Like old urine that was not sanitized well. Though no visible dirt. Lacked deep cleaning. There were rust on sides of doors esp in the toilet. When you shower, the water leaks out of the shower cubicle so the toilet floor gets really wet. The lady receptionist that we encountered did not even orient us about the hotel, did not give us information on the available amenities, she just checked us in. It would be nice for them to give us an overview of the hotel and what we can do during our stay. Even it has already been posted in the site, but of course we have forgotten about the details.

Very quiet, far away from the city, the lake view is very beautiful，nothing else，
I was really speechless. The front desk staff, the lady at the front desk, as soon as we walked in, felt like we owed her money. How could her attitude be so bad? She got my name wrong and ignored us. Is this Hilton service? Is this how the hotel manager trains the staff? My interest in traveling was completely ruined!!! I also want to tell all my friends, don’t choose your Hilton hotel when you come to Helsinki!!!
The swimming pool is very small and the hotel has no other selling points except the surrounding lake view.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and extensive, but best of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful, every single one we had contact with.
The hotel is situated very close to the tram which is so convenient for visiting Helsinki City Centre.
Cheaper snack options in the restaurant/room service.
