It was a perfect day for four nights in the center of Helsinki. Amazing breakfast very warm atmosphere in this hotel. My kids loved it. in the bathroom there is heated floor. There was quite big the sauna is available. Nice meeting room upstairs in the tower. would love to stay again.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Check in was easy. The bathroom floor was heated.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. It would be better if it was constructed better to drain toward the wall. If you put the towel down it made no difference. It would be completely soaked. Also, the lighting at the bathroom mirror was very dim. It made the mirror pretty pointless because you couldn’t see much.

Historical hotel located close to Kamppi district. Plenty of shopping and dining in a walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast, fika and buffet dinner (different menu every evening) as a part of the room price. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel offers a good central location and a historical, jugend-style building.
The public areas are stylishly restored and beautifully designed.
Unfortunately the rooms have little connection to the general jugend-vibe, which results in a design miss match.
The rooms are modern and functional. The WiFi is strong and stable.
Unfortunately the TVs don’t offer any major international news channels, which is an obvious miss for a 4 star hotel.
The transparent bathroom/shower walls may be a horror for some guests and look like a design mistake.
The espresso machine in my room was broken.
The hotel had suffered a water damage few days before my arrival, but there were still construction materials (plastics) in the corridor and a bad smell. This could have been brought to the attention of the guests prior to arrival and be reflected in the room rate.
The use of Sauna was not free for hotel guests.
The breakfast was good and provided plenty of variety.
Including a dinner in the room rate is a nice gesture and a good marketing tool, but it comes with problems. The food was decent, but unfortunately disappointing, as Helsinki offers great dining options. No options were provided as to the main course. There appears to be lack of staff in the restaurant. Some hot food in the buffet were served cold. Our wine bottle finally arrived our table after we had finished our dinner.
Most of the reception staff were friendly, helpful and provided good tips!
The hotel has no restaurant/bar serving lunch. But complimentary coffee was offered at the reception, which was a nice gesture.
This is a hotel with a lot of character and potential, but needs better management to match international 4-star standards!

Doors whit black paint cracks, room corners dusty and a little outfated feeling in the bathrooms. Absolutely the NOISE. The doors not noise sealed huhe cracks above and below i can hear talking voice conversations. I had to change rooms away from wallways and the staircase. It felt like people are inside ur room

Great location for central Helsinki, staff were very welcoming and helpful, food was fantastic and room was great. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
Nothing to mention really - thought the hotel was good all around. Room cleaning was a little random sometimes - one day bed made, no clean towels, then towels but bed unmade - not a big deal.
