Wonderful
Very comfortable, well equipped appartment. 3 seperate bedrooms. Ideal for family with 2 teenage kids. Tram 8 right in front of the door. Metro at 5 mins walking, 2-3 stops and you are in the city center.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, we had everything we needed there. Easy handover with the keys and I would recommend this apartment for families.
It was a little further from the town centre than expected to walk but Uber is great and the tram is very close to the apartment.

The host arranged to meet us on our arrival at the apartment. Access to the apartment was easy and there was an elevator. The apartment was clean, with modern facilities. The host did hid best to make our stay comfortable and facilitqted a late check out on our last day, which was much appreciated.
On our arrival, we were informed by the host that the 3 bedroom apartment we had booked and paid for had been double booked and was therefore no longer available. We were therefore offered a 2 bedroom apartment, which was satisfactory but only had one toilet/bathroom and inevitably was a smaller than we had expected.

The size of the apartment was very good for our family of five and it had everything we needed.
It was poorly located meaning we needed to take public transport everywhere. As a family of five this ended up costing us a small fortune while we were there. There was no shopping Centre without walking distance.

This was a wonderful stay! Even though our flight got delayed over 6 hours, where our check-in should have been around 2 o'clock in the afternoon instead of 8 o'clock in the evening, that was no problem for our great host Pekka.
Everything was just wonderful, this is a relatively new building and the apartment was the only one on the top floor, and has two balconies AND A SAUNA OF COURSE!
Thank you Pekka, when we return to Helsinki, I would not be surprised if we try to book again!

The location was excellant, easy access to public transport with a 24h shopping center right across the road. The area around the apparent was excellent and it was short walk to the city center. Also, metro was right around the corner. Overall it was excellent and host was very informative and responded in a timely manner on questions I had prior to arrival. Also information shared by the host on how to get to the apartment from airport was very helpful and even though we arrived late, the host was waiting for us with a key.

Very nice and clean apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, washing machine and dryer and two bathrooms. The bigger bathroom also has a sauna, which is fantastic!
There's a metro station and tram stop around the corner, it takes less than 10 minutes to Helsinki centre. Across the street there's a shopping mall and several large supermarkets are close by.

The girl who met us for the check in was very nice and we were stunned at the spaciousness and qualities of the apartment! I think we were upgraded as we had booked a one bedroom apartment but had two bedrooms which was perfect. There were windows all around so it was very bright and even had a nice balcony with distant views to the water. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped and semi open to the large living area. And with very functional bathroom and bonus sauna we could not have asked for more! At first the location seemed a bit far from the action but we ended up walking everywhere, it was only about 25 mins to the very centre and we enjoyed the canal-side stroll and staying in a peaceful residential area.
The only possible negative was that the area is quite new and there were still some works going on around.

The apartment was perfect. it is cosy, clean, public transport, supermarket, playground for the kids are in the near.
We had some difficulties with the taxi. We booked it on booking and it went to the Gella Service Office adress, not to the apartment.

The location of the apartment was totally different as where it was indicated during the booking process. Yes, if you read the fine print you will find that it says the apartment can be anywhere in Helsinki....this is not how it works. Very disappointing the be tricked like that
