Good and clean, yet very basic 3* hotel. The best was the view from the 11th floor.
I wish there had been room service. I know that there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but I hate to go down in the morning to buy a cup of coffee.

Breakfast was phenomenal and had lots of vegan options. Staff was incredibly helpful to a tourist from the US. I was on vacation with a family member when they had a medical emergency, so I switched to the Scandic based on its proximity to the hospital — very convenient and easy walk there and back. Rooms were super clean and the temperature was comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay.
My AirPlay couldn’t connect to the TV, but that could’ve been an issue with my phone. Would’ve loved another vegan option on the dinner menu, but the spaghetti and vegan meatballs was delicious.

In the room no kettle to boil a water, not cup for tea, and no refrigerator. Usually every hotel provides these stuff in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our receptionist recommended several places to eat and see which was very kind of her.
We both thought the shower and bathroom were very nice, however, the drain overflowed quickly into the bathroom. There was no ridge preventing water from escaping.

Clean, convenient location, nice breakfast, polite staff.
Check in process took long time. Mostly for people in line in front of me, my check in was fast. We arrived one hour earlier than check in starts and were asked to wait one hour, which I understand. But when we came to check in desk at the correct time, there was a little line, and it took almost half an hour to get the key card. The staff was polite and helpful, but I found the process unnecessarily slow compared to my other experiences in different countries.

Staircase to get in and out, which is annoying with suitcases. I'm sure there's a lift somewhere, but I didn't see it.

Great hotel in a very safe area of Helsinki. The room is big and the bed is very comfy. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the breakfast...well, I travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels, but I can honestly say this was the best breakfast ever. There were so many delicious things to choose from, the pig in me got very disappointed for not being able to eat from all of them.
I hadn't checked the room facilities properly and didn't see that there was no fridge in the room. It would have been very helpful, considering the heat outside. But the hotel is not at fault, I am for not paying attention.

Easy check-in, air condition worked well. Quiet room, good curtains. Comfortable bathroom. Rich breakfast. In overpriced Finnland, the cost of approximately 135 € per night seems adequate. A bus and tram stop is right in front of the hotel, another one also on the other side.
In my reservation, it said family room. But it was just a double bed. Anyway, I was alone. There was no coffee in the room, and the minibar was empty. When there is no card put in the slot, the air becomes bad because the windows cannot be opened.

Breakfast was wonderful. Had a great options, and is possibly one of the better breakfast i have had at a hotel. My room was spacious and with a good view.
The beds. The mattress on my bed was way too thin, so i ended up feeling some aches after sleeping.

The room was very nice, clean and very bright. It had big windows and view was exceptional. Room was bigger than expected. I really liked that bathroom had floor heading, that made it very cozy to take a shower or do other things in bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also versatile and very tasty. Even though we spend one night at that hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. It is a bit further from center of the city but if you attending to any event in Helsinki Ice Hall, than its very close to it.
