The hotel was spotlessly clean!!!! Fantastic location and everything in the room was working and was there for a reason. I have been in hotels before where the sinks and showers looked nice...But, water everywhere after using them. I liked the decor and the reception team were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful
I love the location and also the breakfast. The absolute bonus is a breakfast waitress, who is so lovely every time! She seemingly enjoys her work and this time people at the breakfast even got coffee and warm cinnamon rolls served at the table, because there was enough staff to spare the waitress to do this. I'll come back to this hotel again!

The breakfast was very good, the location is great, Metro station is right in front of the hotel, several grocery stores, lots of restaurants, very convenient, walking distance to the water, park. A hand-craft-products market is in the walking distance. The beds are too soft for both my husband and I. The room is good size for 2.

- Ok for the price. Standard, plain hotel, older but well-kept. - Nice breakfast buffet. - Basic sauna - but quite nice, Finnish vibe.
- Booked a double bed room, got a twin room with the armchair folded into a third bed (= much less space in room). The receptionist only informed us after checkin with a superficial apology. Not worth arguing for 1 night - but this is bad service. - The location is in the city center but not super central.

Fair
This is a cheap hotel so don't be surprised that its amenities are few, but it has location and grocery stores are nearby. The major transit hub is across the street. Breakfast is awesome.
Who ever heard of a hotel with no ice machines? This is a really really really no frills hotel.

Location was convenient
The room had minimal amenities. The black out curtains did not cover entire window which was very odd. Only half the window was covered by blackout curtains. I had no conditioner in the bottle. The water temperature constantly went from hot to cold in the shower. No fridge. The breakfast was okay, but the plates and cutlery at the breakfast buffet were visibly dirty.

quite spacious room for two. Breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of healthy options. their innovative idea of reducing wastage of food (by stating how much wastage per person in gms on previous day at the entrance of breakfast area makes you well aware of their sustainable approach. most of the touristic attractions including south harbor are at a walking distance of 20-30mins. metro station is just next to the place. we didnt face any issue in late night checkin 0200 hrs. overall, a very good experience.
