Absolutely lovely staff and accommodated an early check-in. Staf very polite and helpful, and we felt very safe, especially as I also had a disabled daughter. For a 3* hotel this was clean and comfortable. Also, it is very good value for money. The lady 'Salaam' from the breakfast team was very helpful and kind. The hotel also recommended a driver for a tour - he was great. Location is really good. Sim card shop and bank both a 2 min walk. Nice eating places within walking distance and, of course close to the airport. Thank you Wassamar ?
Nothing. However, it would have been good to explain in advance that you need to walk down to the minibus parking to receive your complimentary shuttle. I was expecting someone with my name in arrivals. However, it wasn't too much of a problem as we only waited about 10/ 15 minutes for the shuttle.

Friendly staff. There are very limited breakfast options. Most suitable for locals or foreigners comfortable with the local diet.
The hotel forgot to pick us up from the airport. My colleague who has stayed here previously also mentioned that they forgot to pick them up on their previous stay.
