The staff are really great! The are so helpful and considerate. Last time I stayed I missed my flight to Semera as I overslept 30 minutes before they came and wake me up. I rushed to the airport but the flight check in was closed. They allowed me to stay at the room free of charge until my flight new flight late that day.

we organised a trip through the hotel staff and were taken to the wrong place in the middle of nowhere and lost a day of our trip and extorted money through the hotel organised taxi
